- You must be at least 18 years old to use MixUp.
- By participating in a MixUp event, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
MixUp is designed to create casual, friendly group social experiences. We’re not a dating app, matchmaking service, or a professional networking platform. Your experience may vary depending on group dynamics.
- Participants must behave respectfully and responsibly during events.
- Discriminatory, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event and potential banning from future MixUp activities.
- You’re responsible for your own actions. MixUp is not liable for any conduct or actions of participants during or after events.
While MixUp strives to create fun and enjoyable events, we:
- Cannot guarantee specific outcomes, connections, or interactions.
- Are not responsible for personal disputes or conflicts that arise between participants.
- Are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense you may incur during or after an event, including but not limited to transportation, dining, or personal interactions.
- Do not conduct background checks on participants. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
- Are not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays that may occur in the event process due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless MixUp cancels the event.
- If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else who meets our eligibility criteria by contacting us in advance.
- Events are subject to changes, including time, venue, and date. MixUp will notify you of changes as soon as possible but is not liable for any inconvenience caused by such changes.
- MixUp collaborates with third-party venues and service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, safety, or policies of these third parties.
- You agree to comply with all rules and policies of the venue hosting the event.
By attending a MixUp event, you acknowledge that:
- There are inherent risks in participating in group activities, including but not limited to social discomfort, accidental injuries, or other unforeseen incidents.
- You assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being at all times.
- MixUp is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during events, including those caused by other participants or environmental factors.

All content on MixUp’s website, marketing materials, and events, including but not limited to text, graphics, and logos, is the property of MixUp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
MixUp reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in events indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold MixUp, its team, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in events or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to resolve it through mediation or arbitration under the laws of Queensland, Australia, with Brisbane as the exclusive jurisdiction. Any legal claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event date.
